Our set menu is offered daily 12noon – 7pm, alongside the á la carte menu.

  • Smoked mackerel salad. Ratte potato, fennel, cress & beetroot. Horseradish dressing.
  • Oxford blue cheese soufflé. Herb & grape salad.
  • Cured Lochinvar salmon, Evesham asparagus, poached bantam egg.
  • Chopped chicken liver. Cornichon. Matzo crackers.
  • Sticky pulled pork, lentil cake, apple & celery salad.

Main Courses

  • Beer battered haddock. Tartare. Chipped potatoes. Mushy peas.
  • Pan fried Loch Duart salmon fillet. Griddled cucumber, baby gem & peas. Wild garlic herb sauce.
  • Asparagus, ricotta, spinach & pine nut filo. Asparagus salad, roquette, olives & overnight tomato.
  • Very slow roast duck leg. Broccoli, almond & Jerusalems. Bitter cherry jus.
  • Grilled corn fed chicken breast. Soft parmesan polenta. Purple sprouting. Red pepper salsa.
  • Rump steak. Parsley garlic lemon butter. Crispy onion rings. Green salad. (£1.95 surcharge)

Brasserie Sunday Luncheon

  • Roast sirloin of Berkshire beef. Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes, steamed vegetables. Cauliflower cheese. (£3.95 surcharge with the sirloin).



  • Couple of cheeses from the board. Oatcakes & piccalilli.
  • Warm rhubarb bakewell. Crème anglaise. Almond ice cream.
  • LSB vanilla ice cream. Cinder toffee. Chocolate sauce.
  • Coconut panna cotta. Pineapple. Mango sorbet.
  • Sticky toffee pudding. Butterscotch sauce. Clotted cream.
