v Crispy fried local goat’s cheese, green beans, capponata.
• Lamb’s kidneys and black pudding, green herb mustard sauce.
• ½ pt large prawns in their shells, mayonnaise to dip.

Main Courses

• Pan fried calves liver and bacon, colcannon mash, onion gravy.
• Beer battered haddock, chipped potatoes, mushy peas, tartare.
• Sea bream fillet, tapenade, braised aubergine, chorizo and fennel.
• Slow roast crispy duck leg, sauté oriental vegetables, pickled mooli, egg noodles, soy and honey dressing.
v Gruyère and parmesan polenta cake, spinach and ricotta dumplings, rich tomato sauce.
• Roast corn fed chicken breast, casserole of puy lentil, red wine and smoked bacon, winter cabbage.
