Our set menu is offered daily 12noon – 7pm, (6.30pm Saturday) alongside the á la carte menu.

  • Gravadlax salmon. Pickled Cucumber. Pumpernickel.
  • Butternut falafel. Tzatziki. Celery & celeriac slaw.
  • Fried duck egg, toasted brioche, wild mushrooms, crispy smoked bacon, truffle oil.
  • Thai fish cake. Broccoli, chilli, pak choi. Smoked chilli dressing.
  • Local Nettlebed blue cheese soufflé, toasted hazelnuts, fig, watercress, tomato chutney.

Main Courses

  • Thai sea bream baked in a banana leaf. Fragrant rice. Miso dressing.
  • Beer battered haddock. Tartare. Chipped potatoes. Mushy peas.
  • Herb roast free range chicken breast. Butter bean & red pepper salad. Coriander & mint. Sesame lemon dressing.
  • Spiced butternut, kale, carrot purée filo parcel, sauté leeks, chestnut & puy lentils, parsnip crisps.
  • Braised beef feather blade. Sage & onion mash. Wild mushrooms, heritage carrots. Pancetta.
  • Slow roast crispy duck. Pearl onions. Puy lentils. Pancetta. Jus.

Brasserie Sunday Luncheon

  • Roast sirloin of Berkshire beef. Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes, steamed vegetables. Cauliflower cheese. (£3.95 surcharge with the sirloin).



  • Couple of cheeses from the board. Oatcakes & piccalilli.
  • Jamaican dark rum caramel banana meringue mess.
  • Pear & almond bakewell, custard sauce.
  • LSB vanilla ice cream. Cinder toffee. Chocolate sauce.
  • Coconut panna cotta, pineapple, mango sorbet.
  • Caramelized lemon tart, thick cream, blackberry compote.
