Starters

• Slow roast crispy duck, candied chestnuts, winter slaw & cranberry marmalade.
• Gin cured gravadlax, tonic sorbet & candied beetroot.
v Local blue cheese soufflé, chicory caesar & crumbled blue.
• Wild board, venison carpaccio, rabbit terrine, pigeon salad & toasted sourdough.
• King prawn & cuttlefish tom yam broth, prawn crackers.
* Fresh Cornish crab, remoulade, gribiche & toast (£5 surcharge).
v Macadamia nut curd. chicory, beetroot & butternut. crispy onion, olive crumb.
• Mezze platter, baba ghanoush, hummus, pickles, spiced Mediterranean tomato, beetroot tzatziki, olives & Lebanese crispbread.

Mains

• Loch Duart salmon fillet baked under a pistachio & honey crust. Roast sweet potato, hispi cabbage & Pimento. Pistachio pesto dressing.
• Pan-fried sea bass, crispy seaweed, Asian greens, shitake mushroom, udon noodles, mild chilli, soy & Ginger, garlic prawn skewer.
v Roasted heritage carrots, griddled cauli & winter roots. Chickpea chestnut falafel, crispy kale, almond & sesame duqqa.
• Chicken breast baked with lemon & sage in pancetta. Sautéed Jerusalem artichoke, lardons & brussel tops. Jus.
• African-spiced rump of lamb, harissa, barley couscous & chargrilled Mediterranean vegetables.
• Pork chop, bashed carrots & swede, greens, good red wine mushroom gravy & parsnip crisps.

Sharing Bowls

Our main courses don’t particularly need side orders, but if required we recommend the sharing bowls (1 bowl between 4 guests)
