Cookery Demonstrations at LSB

Join Paul & Robert as they prepare the perfect late summer dinner party, demonstrating each of the delicious 4 courses. Watch & chat as they cook, then join the chefs for lunch – enjoying all the demonstrated dishes – including terrines, lobster, fabulous seafood dishes & delicious desserts.

Cookery Demonstrations at LSB

It’s an intimate, informal affair – on the upstairs floor at LSB. I’m cooking my favourite late summer dinner party recipes – some appear on the menu, some don’t.

I’m joined by Michelin starred chef, Robert Spencer – the executive chef at the London Street Brasserie. Whilst I do most of the showing off, talking and cooking – I think you’ll find Robert is quite good. Prior to London Street, Robert was Head Chef at The New Angel and previously Head Chef at City Rhodes.

We’ll demonstrate around 10 dishes, tricks and techniques over the 1½ hour dem. Taste and chat as I cook, then it’s time for champagne and nibbles before lunch. Enjoy dishes you’ve watched us prepare and cook: Lobster for main course (vegi’s and dietary requirements are no problem). Ticket price includes ½ bottle of wine.

I’ll join you after lunch to chat and answer any questions. Escape 2.45ish, although you’re welcome to stay later. A complimentary recipe booklet accompanies the demonstration.

£45 per guest including tea & coffee, demonstration, champagne & nibbles, wine & lunch.
